We are happy to report that online and mobile banking are operational.
TCCU staff continues to process transactions from the outage, as we have done all weekend.
Thank you for being patient during this outage. We were providing updates to members when we received them from our vendor. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the system failure at the data center, timelines had to be extended, which were out of our control. Please know that TCCU staff was doing everything possible on our end to get full access to all systems.
It's important to know that this was not the result of a cyberattack and no member information was affected. This event was due to a cooling system failure, which caused equipment failure, at our core provider's data center. This event affected hundreds of credit unions across the country.
